Austcorp had brought stage two of Prominence to market ahead of schedule and has bucked the perceived market trend to bring forward the launch to meet demand.
Stage one, which is now under construction has so far seen 40% of apartments sold, and prompted Austcorp to launch stage two ahead of schedule.

Mr Conolly said the choice of finishes is still available at stage two, while commencement of construction means no choice is available at stage one.
