31 residents are now calling The Village home and they can already feel the community spirit around them. The residents gathered for a Christmas party in December where they had the opportunity to meet one another and enjoy some Christmas cheer.
In line with Austcorp’s corporate values, the development of a community rather than just a residential estate at The Village is of considerable importance. A sense of community is designed to provide residents with a feeling of belonging, group participation and support in a friendly, social and united environment.
The Village development has enjoyed a successful year with stage two now almost sold and with the recent release of stage three now selling. Stage three construction has commenced with a total of 35 terrace homes offering a good mix of home designs and styles. A number of purchasers have already signed priority registration forms.
