The Village Stage 5C, with 12 terrace homes, has been brought to the market ahead of schedule following strong sales at Stage 3 and 4, which were fast approaching sell out. Of the 123 homes that have been offered to the market, 90% have already been sold. The large number of off the plan sales shows people are purchasing their homes prior to completion in order to take advantage of stamp duty savings.
