The recent completion of 370 Docklands Drive, the 5 star Greenstar
'as-designed' project in Melbourne's Docklands, was good cause for celebration, so the joint venture between Austcorp and YarraCity put on a party for all of the key contributors of the development to celebrate its success.
The building is now fully leased for 10 years to the tenant Carrick Institute of Education. The car park is leased to CarePark who are subsequently operating at 50% capacity which is an outstanding result.
Congratulations goes to the joint venture who developed a landmark building of 5 star quality and environmental sustainability.
