Welcome to the Winter Edition of Blueprint

We have an exciting array of articles lined up for our Blueprint readers in this winter’s edition! Right across the eastern seaboard, Austcorp has had a great deal of activity going on... and our developments are proof of this, even at a time when the industry is undergoing a difficult period locally and internationally.

Since the last edition we have had buildings completed in all three states, including a 5-star greenstar "as-designed” rated building at 370 Docklands, the unique terrace houses at SW1, and the first stages of luxury apartments at Prominence. At Coomera Waters we recently sold 17 lots to the Queensland Master Builders Association, which is tremendous industry recognition of the quality and importance of one of Austcorp’s flagship projects.
